We are looking for someone who has some experience working with clients in a fast-paced environment to jumpstart their career in one of the worlds most meaningful industries.
As a Junior Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in the liaison with clients and logistics surrounding the delivery of our services. You will also work closely with both the technical delivery and the sales teams to effectively plan and schedule projects. You will be joining a fun and supportive team who value each other’s input. We encourage our employees to put forward innovative ideas on how we can work smarter and provide an even better experience for our clients.
Main responsibilities
- Liaise with clients about new, ongoing, and finished engagements
- Help prepare project proposals, statements of work and other project documentation
- Plan and schedule projects to manage client satisfaction, consultant workloads and skills development
- Track changes in project plans and share any major concerns with the senior team
- Check completed work to make sure everything has been invoiced
- Track order burnt out
- Keep internal records and systems up to date with the latest project and client information
Ideal candidate
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Proven experience in a similar role or project coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do and proactive attitude
- All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and must be capable of achieving at least SC level UK Government Security Clearance
